      Pros

      #1 priority of CEO is employee satisfaction. Leadership is exceptional and lives the mission- long tenure, extensive health care experience, bright, balanced, optimistic, and customer focused, yet not at the expense of the employee. Employees are hired for their head and their heart, hence exceptional place to work. All colleagues focused on providing exceptional care and service to clients.

      Cons

      The path for to management and expanded leadership roles last year was not clear. HR and leadership have addressed that fully.

      Pros

      Marathon provides excellent benefits and pay. They also offer an abundance of resources to help with efficiency, planning, growing, and providing the best care possible. Marathon offers a friendly, almost like family, work environment.

      Cons

      Employment at worksites is contract so it is a little concerning when contract renewal is up. However, Marathon is very good at what they do and losing a client is rare.

      Pros

      Everyone is willing to teach & help in any way, everyone is always so positive, everyone is easy to talk to. There are no in office politics, & Im able to say what's on my mind without fear. I really enjoy coming to work. The pay is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      none that I can think of.
