      Practice Model supports taking time to listen to patients Corporate Office is friendly, supportive, responsive. I have worked in many hospitals and this company knows me better, keeps me better informed of where we stand as a company as well as monthly clinical updates. Marathon Health encourages professional growth and it's dedication to improving the health of our communities is "walked" not just "talked" Although our clinics are spread across the country, you are NEVER alone. Any clinical, business, IT questions/issues are addressed that day. Often response is that day. From training, education, benefits, patient education resources, standards of care, Marathon Health is top notch.

      Long term employer. Felt like family setting when it was smaller. Some very passionate clinical staff work for this company.

      Cons

      Growth at the corporate office is/was slower than anticipated. As the company got larger it lost sight of the importance of some employees.
