      Pros

      Great pay and benefits with perfect work/life balance. Come to work, do your job duties (sometimes others), and go home. It’s not hard.

      Cons

      Providers micromanaging and over stepping boundaries. You have leads for a reason. Let them lead. If they are training a new employee, let them train and not over talk them.

      Better than average place to work

      Pros

      Compensation is very reasonable, completely remote work, provide good equipment, lots of support, willing to work with you if you don't have the degree they'd prefer

      Cons

      Expanded too quickly and had to let quite a few employees go, communication poor, training is vague and tone deaf to inclusion. (They use chickfila as a business example to emulate, despite their anti-LGBTQ+ stance)
