The work environment became very stressful after the financial company and Our Health took over the company. In one month at least six people quit. Some managers often do not respond to emails or other forms of communication, yet micromanage people. Often employee feedback is disregarded and considered irrelevant by management. The lack of support from management was concerning. Often issues would go unresolved until huge issues would occur, like sending patients large bills of $500 or so because previous bills were not sent out for six months. Patients don’t have accessible ways to pay their visit fees. A lot of the communication with management is abusive and disrespectful, like minimizing staff concerns, ignoring them, blaming them for issues, and a consistent lack of accountability. This has become a toxic workplace I wouldn’t recommend to other people.
