Pros

Great pay and benefits with perfect work/life balance. Come to work, do your job duties (sometimes others), and go home. It’s not hard.

Cons

Providers micromanaging and over stepping boundaries. You have leads for a reason. Let them lead. If they are training a new employee, let them train and not over talk them.

Would have retired there had it not been for a recent mass layoff. They were fair in severance and senior leadership took 'full responsibility'.

Cons

The one star deducted was for lack of training in business/corporate roles and for my sadness. Sometimes things like this happen and that's understandable however, I wish they would have been more choosy in their decision of who to cut. They let go of a LOT of really wonderful people who are deeply passionate about the "Marathon Way".

While these decisions are never easy and sometimes fueled by rumors, all impacted ambassadors were met with either in person or via teams by leaders and human resources.
