      The pay is good but that’s about it

      Management Preach teamwork and employee satisfaction culture but don’t live up to it If client is not happy with service, contract may not be renewed

      get lunch break as they close for lunch and leave on time and no overtime required

      Cons

      They state their employees are number one: NOT Quality of Care is not a priority Offer services that can not be completed properly Do not follow their set policies Very Disorganized
