      Pros

      Not one thing comes to mind.

      Cons

      Our company was acquired by marathon ts. They gutted the staff, cut commissions and vacation, forced everyone to sign horrible limiting non compete agreements to be paid, routinely, insulted, demeaned and bullied our staff, had bad and expensive benefits, and lacked integrity, among many, many other things. This is not a company that I would work for again and wish that I never had. A really bad experience end to end. No redeeming qualities in the leadership team from top to bottom.

      Willing to hire most people but PTO is lacking

      Pros

      Paid on time. Ability to work overtime hours if you're willing/able. Ability to get a clearance is a big plus in the realm of Department of Defense (DoD). The management people for payroll and other departments are responsive and helpful.

      Cons

      Paid less than other company that does the same job perhaps because we are the sub contractor. It used to be even lower till it was eventually brought closer to parity with the main contractor. PTO is lacking until you have certain longevity with the company.
