      Pros

      Supportive leadership. Great base salary. Autonomy- they do not micromanage you. I came from a career that was highly micromanaged and very toxic, so I’m very happy with this new environment.

      I met nice people. Thats about it

      I was asked to write a 5-star review after a few months of employment. I asked around to others on the contract and recruiters and they confirmed it was asked of them too. Most felt pressured. We all concluded most of the positive reviews were forced or fake. Beware when reading reviews here

      - Compensation was about average, maybe a little above market - Really, nothing else

      Cons

      - The company values profit over people - There is one person that specifically yells and screams at people that has rubbed quite a few individuals wrong in his approach, this has been brought up to the highest levels of the company multiple times and "they can't afford to lose him" - Benefits are terrible
