      MarathonTS provided an environment that promoted learning, personal growth and success, and chances to take on added responsibility. Leadership provides one on one mentorship, and provides clear goals and milestones. Company culture is one built on collaboration and company events designed for developing and strengthening relationships (i.e. Company Picnics, Holiday Celebrations, Happy hours).
