management changes very often, some nurses work in the OR for more than 40 years, and they actually run the department. culture is bad, I hate going to work...

The people you work next to every shift understand the struggle since they are in the same boat

Cons

Company doesn't take care of their staff. Over worked. Short staffed. And never get hurt on the job because they treat you like trash no matter how many years of service or how good you were at your job.

Pros

Low keyed environment, friendly co-workers, very diverse staff and patient population, great patients. New software upgrades. Great computer support staff on clinical units. Very good Charge RN's. New hospital under construction.

Cons

Slow turn-around on requests. Very in-efficient processes in providing patient care. Employee orientation not very helpful. Staff very helpful, however, inormation obtained is inconsistent. Cafeteria staff very nice. Food selection ok, hours could be expanded.
