Pros

coworkers and MDs are friendly and work well as a team. Very experienced nurses were here to help newer nurses, and had a great learning environment. Usually enough staff.

Cons

Newer management has a bullying/ punitive style of management. Seems like people are targeted to get pushed out. No support if you go up the chain of command. Experienced nurses are fleeing.

Same as anywhere in health care: tough business, financially, emotionally.
