Pros

Some very conscientious and ethical staff. Too bad they’re in the minority.

Cons

The good experienced staff are leaving due to poor management and lack of respect for experience and knowledge. They seem to only care about cutting costs and quality. It’s no longer about what’s best for patients.

Pros

Room to advance your career. The hospital invests in its employees and promotes from within whenever possible. A culture of healing and caring, not only for patients but the staff as well. A brand new hospital in 2020!

Cons

Cost of living is so high in surrounding areas that most people have to commute. Commute = Terrible Traffic This tends to impact the work/life balance.
