Excellent Benefits, wonderful Doctors, interaction with different staff in all departments and the opportunity to help our patients our community.

Cons

Poorly organized, complete disconnection between management and staff. Absence of accountability, improper F/U and NO back up protocols. No opportunities to grow unless you have more than 10 years and know somebody. Big Company Corporate style environment (No one says good Morning!)

Located in a nice area with great places to walk to during your lunch break.

Before accepting a position at Marin Imaging Breast Center, I had been warned and unfortunately didn't listen. I was actually hopeful and didn't think it would be that bad. Ohh, its not bad, its HORRIBLE!!! Manager is completely out of line with employees, yells at them, stands in front of exam door to listen to your conversation with patients and will not reprimand those that cause a hostile environment. I don't understand why Marin General would have someone in that position that clearly doesn't know what they are doing, and doesn't bring the department up, but will make sure you are always down. Negative remarks and being called into the office are the norm. Your opinion will not matter here, and you will be blamed for things you didn't do or have any control over. HR isn't helpful either, unfortunately. There are only three mammography technologists working in the entire place now. Leadership is lacking,and department is quickly falling apart. Don't join the mess!!
