Pros

Highest salary range for most positions in the SF bay area. Located in a high income, gorgeous setting.

Cons

Patients, employees and manager speech & behaviors reek of superior entitlement attitude. Lots of disrespectful, arrogant people work here. Patients are often rude, demanding & demeaning. C-suite is a revolving door for disengaged, strategy free "leaders". Community relations are often combative and dismissive. Not a place to plan a long term, satisfying career.

Wonderful Hospitalists, great location, free parking. Health benefits are good.

Cons

Horrible computer system. CNO not supportive of nurses, nursing leadership has absolutely no clue about the challenges of the bedside nurses.
