Hybrid/Remote work flexibility for certain roles. Standard PTO (But does increase with tenure). Affordable healthcare plans for yourself.

Cons

Upward mobility in the company is not always clear or readily available. There is no real opportunity for bonuses or incentives in my current role. Health insurance to add on a spouse is costly,
