Coworkers, and building a great product.

Cons

Mandatory 10 hour shifts but only paid 8 for holiday making you use 2 hours vacation to earn a full paycheck. Incredibly inefficient management, from supervisor to president. Still filling out time slips, when the computer has a system built into it.

Good people and good pay.

Cons

Very stressful environment. Almost no organized training. Never received feedback from management. Many co workers expressed how bad the job gets in the summer. Customers are extremely demanding and difficult. At no point did I receive any sort of training to deal with customers or product. I would not recommend working here.
