To ensure that our pay practices remain fair, employees receive individual performance evaluations on an annual basis. The progress of an employee through their position’s salary range is based on individual performance and organizational results. Differences in pay between individual employees holding similar positions can and do arise from such factors as experience, education, and individual performance.
