SUPPORT SUPPORT SUPPORT. The amount of training and growth opportunities is amazing. The events they put on for their employees really shows how much they care about the teams. If you work hard in your role you can go in any direction you raise your hand for. Compensation is great once you get to Assistant and Manager level for onsite with guaranteed commission payouts.

Cons

Some communities have ownership groups who do not want to put money back into the community. That’s not a negative on Mark Taylor, more so just a fact of who you manager for.
