Forcing people to go back into the office with no exceptions. There are so many different data systems, no one at markel knows about them all, so there is always a chase to find someone who is a subject matter expert, and hope they haven't left the company yet. Most managers here can't even use excel, and always add scope creep to projects. You will never get your full bonus here, and often time the criteria for your bonus changes mid year. Other workers you do reports for show no appreciation. Overall this is a toxic work environment, don't be fooled by the fake reviews on here.
