      People, compensation, vacation, flexible hours

      Cons

      Yearly review process unfair people are put in boxes you are not really reviewed by your work performance. Bonus structure changes every year employees are getting less and less.

      Pros

      Generally good people to work with in my peer group and below. A well performing company that speaks for itself (in spite of flaws). Decent bonus but below market rates for base pay.

      Cons

      Company view: Slow decision making, not enough empowerment of staff. Unclear roles /responsibilities/ownership is common. Important for your "face to fit". Distribution of workload uneven. IT systems terrible Team comments: Seems slightly dysfunctional approach to management. My team was very "reactive and tactical" rather than being led in a strategic way. . Hard work and effort doesn't feel valued/properly recognised.
