You aren't micromanaged, but there is a bit more oversight here than other insurance carriers. However, this goes away somewhat once you have authority.

Cons

Sudden and significant growth model has not been met with adequate resources or competent management - particularly in Claims. Toxic working environment. I developed severe anxiety while working here which I had never experienced previously.
