Pros

- Collaborative and supportive coworkers. - Ability to WFH.

Cons

- Female's are treated poorly by managers. The HR and the leadership team are aware of the issues, but nothing is done. - Below market compensation - No transparency into bonus structure. - Digital products that don't work or don't deliver. - Profits get prioritized over delivering value for clients. - Lack of tools and resources to do your job. - Constantly serving as a help desk for other departments. - Employees are fired when they put in their notice. - No career growth or - Continued turnover amongst team. - Many broken promises and excuses from the leadership team. - REV and NXT are supposed to be the products of the future but they've been failures in every way possible. Sales over promises capabilities or timelines and everyone else is left to deal with the fallout of a rushed and broken product.

Pros

- when ambitious people realize it's a dumpster fire company and get out

Cons

pretty much everything. Management: - Upper management does not care at all about loyal employees. Only care about the bottom line and keeping their pockets fat - It's all political. If you say the right things to the right people, you will be fine. Other than that, keep your mouth shut and keep working -Many GREAT employees have quit or been fired because their managers gatekeep information and power to the point where it's impossible to advance in the company. - Sincere concerns over specific managers have been flagged to HR and upper management countless times by awesome employees and have been completely ignored every time. If you are not on the side of upper management, pack your bags. - Management has zero career pathing for people and zero interest in helping employees grow and learn -This company is full of broken promises and excuses. Culture: - If there was a place with less culture than Marketron, I'd be surprised. This place is where dreams go to die. THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER OF A COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. DO NOT WORK HERE. PLEASE.
