I absolutely love this team. Been great to work for, lots of things I’ve learned.

Cons

They fire managers who are a huge asset to the company with no explanation. Not good for morale. Very worrisome.

Pros

Marketron has an experienced leadership team who is open and honest with both the employees and its customers. The culture here is great and most everyone really seems to enjoy what they are doing and the people they work with. Employees have the option to work remote or on-site.

Cons

I can't think of any downsides, other than were very busy keeping up with the growth.

Pros

I'm extremely happy to be at Marketron. My co-workers are professional, mature, and pragmatic - no drama. There's a great work-life balance and I feel supported by leadership. I also find it encouraging to see so many individuals who have been with the company for as long as they have (in some cases, 20+ years) - it signals to me that the bones of the company are solid.

Cons

Honestly, not a ton - there are a few internal systems or processes that feel a bit antiquated but not out of apathy or anything, more just things to continue to evolve.
