Pros
The pay is decent, and so are the benefits.
Cons
I made a big mistake coming to this company, and I just hope my review will help prevent others from doing the same. The leadership is deceitful from the moment the hiring process starts (about the company, the role, the team, etc) and it never gets any better. I should have trusted my gut. Now I deal with a boss who does countless things behind my back and severely lacks leadership skills. While the CEO and SVP are singing her praises my coworkers and I are trying to figure out how she even got the job she has as she commits endless mistakes and plays the oddest games of favoritism combine with a rollercoaster of changing priorities and claiming she did or didn't want things a certain way though everyone else has notes stating differently. It's a mess and everyone is looking to get out. As for the rest of the company, there are good departments, but very few. I'd say if you're going to come here, stick with the established teams that have leadership that have been here for more than two years. The newer VPs and SVPs are not the type of people you want to work for. Honestly, I'm floored that they keep posting new job openings given that existing clients aren't paying their bills and they can't get new clients. Additionally, they dumped a ton of money into creating their digital sales platform NXT and barely anyone is using it. They are just throwing bodies on a sinking ship and it makes me sad to see it. They just laid off one of our best employees, but have since posted a half a dozen new roles. The leadership truly can't make up their mind about what's important and what the priority is.
