Pros

A lot of investment in product as we work on catching up from years of underinvestment. New digital platform supposed to be released in 2020 as we sunset our current Pitch system. It will include a traffic integration for smaller customers which could be good.

Cons

Very little information from the top. Small executive team that won't share any information with us, especially the bad kind. We just lost our largest customer and we learned about it two months after the executives were told. That doesn't instill trust or confidence.

New CEO who knows how to drive the bus-- and I am happy to say he is taking us places! New crew of executives with proven track records in growing/revolutionizing software companies Tenured team of loyal and knowledgeable colleagues Strong support and implementation teams.

Cons

Much of the same you would find in any growing company. Lack of new traffic offering (although that should change by 2020)
