Pros

The people that you work with on the engineering side are great. I will say this there are some talented great people working there. They are fantastic.

Cons

Company is terrible, they have one major customer that they are barely hanging on to, they've lost 4 DevOps engineers in the span of two years as they have all quit from burnout or been fired. Company has a "old boy" culture and don't listen to employees.
