The upper management of this company was not only close-minded, but their dreadful approach to decision-making created immense pressure on their employees. It was disappointing to see how their reluctance to consider new ideas or embrace innovative technologies led to missed opportunities and a stagnation in growth. The company's inability to adapt to the changing market and emerging trends was a direct result of their rigid mindset, which ultimately had a negative impact on both the employees and the company's bottom line. It is crucial for leaders to be open to new ideas and be willing to take risks to stay competitive on today's rapidly evolving business landscape.

Company is losing customers fast. A round of layoffs happened a little while ago, more are likely coming. Senior managers can't seem to coordinate even simple activities well. I've had several General Managers say demeaning things to me simply for asking a question in a meeting.
