Great work culture, great environment, great people! Great snacks, too!

Cons

The environment is extremely high-pressure and borderline toxic (at times). We are expected to make calls at night sometimes and I am often contacted by supervisors during off-hours. When we make night calls, we are not paid extra for the loss of sleep or personal time needed to make the call.

Management is over-demanding and a little picky with the way they want the job done, it was way to overbearing for a new guy like me.

Junior employees are incredibly smart and hard-working.

Cons

If you want to feel like you’re drowning constantly, this is the place for you. The managers are bullies, gaslighting is super normal here. They keep throwing on more responsibilities, but tell you you don’t deserve a raise. The work was tedious, mindless, rigid, thankless, and stressful. Employees struggling with mental health issues are treated poorly. I could never recommend working at this place if you value your wellness
