Pros

Great benefits, interesting work, stocked kitchen

Cons

Quit because of my mental health, and I'm not the only one. My main issue I had was with some of the management. I was told to ask questions, then to stop "bombarding" them with questions, and then got reprimanded for not asking questions when I had them. The pressure of the workplace is very high. Management says they're empathetic, then does nothing when you say you're struggling with mental health. We were put on a trial/probation period at first to see if we were a good fit which I know resulted in undue stress about job security for myself and several others I onboarded with. We would often talk at lunch about fear for our job security, management was often not helpful or supportive, and I mentioned mental health issues to a manager who did nothing about it until I said I was considering quitting. For all their talk about work/life balance, it didn't seem to be implemented and it wasn't a workplace where I felt safe with my mental health issues.

Pros

Good retirement plan and benefits, stocked kitchen

Cons

Constant turnover due to poor retention, uncaring management, poor training program. Management contradicts themselves constantly. Employees overworked due to poor retention. Commute is long as housing in area is too expensive for the salary received. The work started fast-paced and enjoyable but quickly became overwhelming and management was very unsympathetic if an employee had too many questions.

Pros

Snacks Interesting content Superficially nice people and company environment

Cons

Complete lack of respect for employees Toxic management Training is stressful not because of the content or workload but because of the trainer. They repeatedly harrassed me and reminded me that "I barely got hired". They also encouraged me to ask more questions and give feedback but then complained when they got both. I don't understand how anyone can work with someone so toxic. Pathetic pay which is defended by "incredible benefits"
