      Pros

      If you are looking for Work[less] Life[More] balance, this is the company you are searching for. You will get enough time for shopping, watching movies, playing games etc. They are good in Professional Services/Body Shopping They pay pretty well, if you can Convince/Confuse during the interviews.

      Cons

      If you are looking for company where you can learn new technology and grown, sorry you are in wrong place. Software delivery, I doubt whether they know what it is, they are more of Outsourcing/Staff-Aug Company. During my tenure, I haven’t heard any project delivering on time, forget about quality.

      - Work - life balance ..awesome - Sticks to your interests - Immigration team is good and strong. Knows the rules and how to handle the process - Able to manage my h1 transfer smoothly that has a RFE.

      - Marketing team is good committed but I feel something can be improve
