      Pros

      They are using all the latest Technology. Compare to freshers its always good for experience people. If you are from kerala or Tamil Nadu then this place is heaven for you.

      Cons

      Work Hours are very long Very cheap policy Lots of politics There is no job security, Company will decide our last day. All the top Management is malayalam so they will give all the facility like onsite, hike, job security to their people only for outsideer it does not matter how you are performing.

      Honest Company, but cost is higher than it should be

      Pros

      Very transparent company. They work by the book and are very accessible. Staff is very friendly. GC staff is very knowledgeable.

      Cons

      The percentage system isn't the greatest though you can negotiate. Job search team isn't the greatest either, but if you are good, it won't matter.
