      Decent Salary is the only pro

      There is no proper training program. They won't give appraisal saying the company is at loss. It's been 2.5 years since the last appraisal. The management is very worst, the HR's have more power than the managers. Even the managers fear the HR especially in mysore location. No more WFH available. They will force you to work from office even though none of your teammates are there in your office location. Apart from this the management is going through considerable changes so nobody's sure about what is going on.

While employees are welcome to utilize our spacious and collaborative office facilities all 5 days of the week, they are not required to do more than 3 days a week.       Good teammates are there and package is the key they use to trap but 0 % technology growth

      0 % job security and also Hr policies are not employee centered
