      I enjoy working at Marquette so much! The friendly work environment is unmatched!! I also enjoy the awesome staff members that I get to interact with and help on a daily basis.

      Pros

      Residents are wonderful. Fantastic pool!

      Cons

      Marquette is a not-for-profit being managed by a for profit company - Life Care Services. Marquette was the premiere continuum of care community before the pandemic. New Executive Director, Barrett Way, is focused on decreasing resident amenities and benefits while increasing monthly charges.

      Pros

      Working at Marquette has been a great experience. Good benefits, in-house lunch options and access to top notch fitness classes are just a few of the perks. Working along side some of the best residents would definitely be my top Pro.

      Cons

      Location. For me it’s the daily drive .
