Concerns regarding management style.

Great place to work if you enjoy the geriatric population.

Cons

Since the introduction of a new administrative team the over 50+ work force seems to be disappearing. People who have worked for the organization anywhere from 7 - 30 years are no longer employed. The environment is extremely stressful and employees no longer find any enjoyment from their jobs.
