Pros

You have a lot of downtime and all the daily duties are quick and easy. The supervisors are friendly and easy to talk to. You can pretty much roam the property at your leisure with no one breathing down your neck. You have access to a computer with internet when you are working in the gatehouse, so that helps past the time.

Cons

The pay could be better, you work 12 hour shifts which can be a lot when there isn't much to do, there is no designated place for officers to sit and/or eat which makes eating challenging, you don't have an official lunch break because you can use your downtime to eat, but every now and again on busy days you will constantly be interrupted, there is a lot of walking while working in the building especially since there are minimal seating for officers, and the insurance benefits are extremely high!!

Pros

If you work hard, the management team prefers to promote from within. A lot of opportunities for growth. This company truly cares about its employees. A lot of support from the management team. Currently working on building a great team for the health center. If you prove yourself and work hard, the company will bend over backwards for you.

Cons

Staff have been used to not being held to policies and procedures from previous management teams. A lot of attitudes at times. Management is currently working on addressing these issues.
