The pay for nurses is good

Cons

This is a house of cards. The management here is deplorable. They have a schedule who can't keep anyone on the schedule. There are only a few 'regulars'. And they aren't giving us the materials we need to protect ourselves as healthcare workers!

Pros

Weekends off. Pay somewhat decent

Cons

Terrible management. They talk about you, they do whatever they want. I have seen some crooked stuff here. If it's something for them they expect it right away. But if you want something it takes forever. Request time off and it takes weeks for approval. We have a morning meeting and the director puts on a show for every one. You can tell they don't care about you. No advancement possible.
