Pros

I like that all employees are able to get discounts at marriotts worldwide. I was a hotel management major so i learned alot while i was there

Cons

When i first started we received quarterly bonuses. That has sense gone. They cut hours depending on where you work.

Pros

Room to grow within the company. Employee driven company. The ability to have a great Work/Life Balance. Support of management team when working on any issue. Great moral within my group that is created by flexibility and given the tools to do our jobs.

Cons

Not a lot of choices in Health Care providers. Outsourcing of jobs has created a very "generic" feel in dealing with Human Resources. Providing Comp time instead of overtime for hours worked over 40.
