Good pay, decent benefits, decent hours.

Cons

Hypes up the Five Principles, but after working here for awhile you realize that is not the case. Very unprofessional in programs that should be confidential. Poor leadership values.

Great culture and values! Company attaches importance to networking, gives you a lot of REAL empowerment and trust. Good career development opportunities and fair compensation as well. Great, open and cooperative Associates.

Cons

Quite significant workload and a bit of pressure - you need resilience, assertiveness and prioritization capabilities to handle work-life balance and expectations properly. Process documentation setup could be improved.
