Mars offers environment for each associate to learn and grow moving between roles, functions and areas.

Cons

Mars is trying to stay at the top of average in terms of benefit package, rewards processes are highly documented which gives you assurance and stability but do not expect rapid movements forward or sky-high increases.

Pros

Respected company - pioneer at several developing markets which helped local businesses to develop up to international standards. Following modern trends - sustainability in generations, inclusion and diversity, work-life balance for employees Competitive salary, benefits, 5 principles, great people, culture

Cons

Risk averse mindset, too much of responsibility sharing sometimes leading to lack of accountability. My advice would be to ask for external training courses to support your career plan. Internal trainings ( like LEAN, auditing, PMO) are revised versions of externals resources, so might be not fully applicable for your next career steps.
