- Nice and friendly environment with great culture - Line managers are well picked they are trained and most importantly they posses good leadership skills - Good salary and benefits - Women empowerment and support. - No unnecessary drama or stress. - Equality.

Cons

- The program is for fresh graduates with no experience. Its not suitable for people who has experience in the same field. It can be little boring.
