Pros

Weekly pay Garner experience in retail Good with understanding personal responsibilities

Cons

As a Part-time associate I rarely got any hours. the max I started off was 15, which dwindled down to 8, sometime I worked 1, 5 hour day out of a week multiple times. All they care about is getting customers to apply for credit cards, and then get angry at the employee if the customer refuses and says no. They did nothing with employee's who were rude, and slacked on their work, they treated them as their best friends, and treated the people who actually did their job as weak peasants. They lay off those people, but keep the lazy folk who talk and joke around

Pros

The benefits are somewhat good but that's about all.

Cons

The store is always a mess. They shove all the merchandise in the trucks and expect a handful of employees to unload and stock up the store and get the stockroom empty in a few hours. The customers who shop there are messy. They open and break most items and then management gets in trouble for that. As management, you work crazy hours min 50-60 per week and sometimes with no breaks. You never get any recognition. I don't recommend anyone to work for this company!!

Pros

Dealing with customer, being helpful, making friends at work. good experience in a fast pace enviroment.

Cons

Some times we need more team members on a shift. People on the floor aren't able to do their job because they are called up to the register all the time. There are sometime three cashiers on a shift. And we are a big store so that is just not enough. They also need to pay people more minimum wage for all that we do as employees is just not enough.
