Pros

pay is higher than comparable roles in the area and easy to move up in the more rural locations

Cons

expectations of workload vs payroll and practical time available leaves teams feeling like a skeleton crew fighting to not fall behind at every turn.

Pros

Flexible schedule, weekly pay, free snacks in break room, and some kind coworkers

Cons

Strong pressure to open store credit cards for customers, even when the terms involve extremely high interest rates Ongoing concerns about personal belongings going missing in the break room, with little response from leadership Management often communicates in an aggressive and dismissive manner Frequent understaffing leads to employees being pulled in multiple directions, rarely getting to focus on their assigned role Store environment is disorganized and stressful, especially during evenings and weekends для Short part-time shifts (4–5 hours) are common, and weekly hours are unpredictable High turnover — many employees have left recently, which has impacted team morale

Pros

Close to my home and works around my 3 kids school schedule.

Cons

Very limited hours, making it hard to rely on the job for consistent income, expect to do the work of multiple roles without extra pay, Pay is low and does not reflect the amount of work expected, No incentive or appreciation for long-term employees, Upper management seems solely focused on profits, not people and Frontline workers often feel ignored, unsupported, and unimportant.
