Pros

Company has a lot of benefits.

Cons

Not enough staff on weekday, day shift. Too many tasks, incidents, and meetings for 2 people to handle. Night shift has less tasks, and way more staff. Night shift sleeps, listens to music, watches videos, and plays video games all night. During day shift, I had to skip breaks in order to be able to get every daily task done, since my fellow employees would not assist. Promise of promotions, but pass you up, over and over. Don't even offer you a proper interview for the promotions either. Managers do not help with non-productive employees, as it seems the ones that do the least, get rewarded the most (ie. Employee of the Quarter). Says they'll fix the issue, problem employee doesn't change ways at all. Honestly very sexist, if you're a female and work the Gatehouse and need to use the restroom, you're at liberty to wait until you have relief, whereas the men can go to the bathroom in the grass whenever they want.

Pros

There weren’t any pros to this job.

Cons

They hired a lot of people who CLEARLY did not want to work. I also was VERY uncomfortable when I worked there at 16 and they hired creepy security guards that would make inappropriate comments to me. The one security guard was probably in late 60s and said I was cute while we were alone in the break room. As I was leaving (my dad was picking me up), I told my boss who was letting me out (doors were getting locked up for the night), he said he’d handle it. Didn’t see the security guard for a little and then maybe a few weeks later, he was back… Awful. And the one head associate was a bully. I would work the floors, running things to and from, fixing racks and aisles. Every few weeks I’d randomly get called up to work the register when I had no experience as a cashier. I’d ask questions and the lady would flat out embarrass me and make me feel stupid in front of the customers. What a shame.
