Pros

They provide a huge selection of food every month for all employees so nobody has to bring their own lunch. Rewarding employee’s with full meals, caffeine, and snacks constantly stocked.

Cons

Management is toxic beyond reason, they allow supervisors to discriminate and bully other employees as long as those supervisors can earn credit card applications. Management not only openly allows this but will encourage treating other employees poorly and will even join in regularly. They use illnesses and disabilities against people in cruel ways. Like the movie mean girls, but make them way older, unattractive, and less brain cells then Karen. They bully people until they quit in order to help friends or relatives move up quickly regardless of actual experience or ability.
