Pros

I get paid but there are not any more.

Cons

Salary is low management is condescending, training is nonexistent, staff is cliquey, scheduling is awful, employees are not supported and managers regularly downplay the importance of others. I have several years of experience and have almost two masters yet managers treat me as an idiot

Pros

I personally really enjoyed my co-workers, however that does vary from store. The company is always giving our store manager money to buy good lunches.

Cons

The store is very unorganized. A truck comes nearly every day so there is always things to be put out even when there isn’t any room to put out new/more things. It can get stressful if you’re not a good organizer, however my store seemed as if they didn’t want it organized or pretty, they just wanted everything out of the back room! If you’re a cashier, you WILL be pressured from managers & coordinators to get people to sign up for TJXs, their credit card! Every 100 customers you get, you will need to get at least one sign up or they’ll say you’re ruining their numbers & your hours may be cut. The stress from inventory overstock & pressure of getting credit card sign ups makes working there not a fun time at all.

Pros

They're extremely flexible and they pay weekly. They also offer snacks in the break room, it's a great steeping stone or somewhere you stay forever.

Cons

It is a very labor educing job and you have to have thick skin.
