No longer offers overtime. Compensation is not competitive within the industry. Makes up policies as they go. In the ghetto.

Family ran - does whatever they want No remote work Old fashioned mindset No work life balance Reactive environment-waits until there are problems or issues to do anything about these things/ problems that have existed forever..
