The challenges of working here are based on the understanding that Los Angeles in general in which his company is located is a Latino run organization. and human resource knows this very well and so does Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman. the issue is when you need a job and a corporation is willing to hire you you have to really look the other way concerning ethnicities and just do your job and go home. however it comes into question why the workforce is the way it is. this is the long standing issue that has never changed in Los Angeles especially in the Latino world. you have to give the people of this company the benefit of the doubt they are all hard-working individuals trying to earn a living in the Military Industrial Complex. The war machine doesn't care who builds the product as long as it meets the requirement. I actually worked for this company I believe it was in 2014 or so and all I can say is when you're in the aerospace industry you go in knowing what it is and you leave and retire hopefully with all your faculty's still intact. I've been in the aerospace industry since 1984 and I'm still currently working in it which means I must still be very insane. As a veteran of the United States Air Force I can still say that I love my country and I have done everything I can to provide products that protect this country from foreign powers who would like to see us under their control but this will never happen as long as I'm on watch I proudly salute every man woman and child that has contributed to the military industrial complex and have given their life for the freedom of this country it's just is what it is. As they say in the military the best defense is a strong offense.
