Pros

People were very polite and friendly. They worked hard for every single penny. Knew there was a guy he got out from the hospital for his kidney transplant, he came in the next day, he was a real warrior.

Cons

Bad management, no buffer time allowed for the engineering team to support on their programs. Engineering team worked on the frontline everyday while business folks worked from home.

Pros

Good job security with the backlog of contracts backed up because we can’t get product shipped on time.

Cons

If you like to feel like you are biting the bullet every day, holding back your ideas/thoughts/feedback, come work at Marvin. You will need therapy when you leave out of this place. You will feel drained, underachieved and low. Hard work goes unnoticed here. Management is unqualified and inexperienced in comparison to real management in the industry. Marvin Engineering has lost its touch. There’s no human compassion. Seems like the old timers stick around because they’ve devoted years of their life to the company. As for young talent, I think the curiosity dies after a year or two and they go work for real companies.

Pros

There are no pros to provide.

Cons

Lack of leadership. The Human Resources department often misplaced employee’s files. There are no procedures in place for the Human Resources department; as a result it lacks structure. With the constant turnover in the HR department, these problems will continue. Please, don’t ever believe they are attempting to fix any issue presented instead, you’ll be come a target and the remainder of your employment will be threatened. Management is the issue and honestly, there’s no help for this company!
