For those seeking benefits, they're very good, and act like the bait to the hook that is this job. The benefits will get one far in a warehouse position, if that is what one seeks. The majority of this job is warehouse management or doing the same thing over again.

Cons

Many benefits are offered in case of mental health, but it feels superficial. Everything at this job feels superficial. Talk of being one family is a big red flag. New employees are treated like liabilities, and HR does not care about sick days.
