      Great to earn money for a vacation and have fun. Learn a lot from this culture.

      Cons

      Not meant to be something that will be expected as a quick fix, it takes a lot of work and FaceTime.

      Mary Kay is whatever you want to make it, flexible and fun! pay $100, get your starter kit and get to work!

      Cons

      As with any self owned business, this requires an investment to really move up in the company. After the starter kit runs out, be prepared to save money on the side to build your inventory.

      able to move up within the company over the course of time. Very good management and the staff of very smart people.

      Cons

      Slow moving in the technical fields. Internal politics very deep and hard to deal with and get your job done at the same time.
